Skill – Shooting

Area – Area – The third of the field in front to of the goal

Equipment – All the balls Players

Players – – Whole team (6 players)

Procedure –Line up all the balls you have 10 yards in front of the goal. Each player takes his turn running up and shooting all the balls in, one after another.

Key coaching points –Encourage shooting at the back post. Encourage players to land on their shooting foot.


Variations –Change the distance and the food they shoot with. Add a goalie
