I shot this on Friday and for a Magazine cover and spread. I’m very pleased with the results and really like doing this kind of Pittsburgh Photography.

I get hired by all kinds of people to do different types of Pittsburgh Photography, and occasionally I get to do portraits of models and actors. Here’s a shot from a recent shoot that I really like. The actress is a natural and I expect to see her make it big one day.

As a people / environmental portrait photographer, I’m often asked to photograph people working or in their work environment AND to make things look “natural”. This isn’t as easy as it seems. It’s much easier for me to make a compelling photograph if I can light it dramatically but when I have to make things look natural, a whole other set of challenges come about.
